About Rany Moran
Helping people elevate, evolve & express themselves for success
Rany Moran is the CEO of Veretis Psychology, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach, psychological counsellor, professional speaker, and Sydney-based mother of two.
Diagnosed with serotonin irregularities as a teenager, Rany personally understands the importance of nurturing mental health from early on. She has spent her life developing ways to overcome psychological barriers and strategies for dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and stress while juggling the demands of modern, multi-hyphenate life.
Rany uses her voice to inspire others to discover and believe in their own voice, and to stand up and claim their space in all facets of life. She believes in the power of unlearning negative thinking and self-talk (“I am not good or worthy enough”) to help people lead their best lives, but crucially with realistic boundaries and expectations.
In addition to her role at Veretis, Rany is also the CEO of Wowz Entertainment, a leading family entertainment centre in Asia; a philanthropist; and a certified facilitator and speaker from The Virtues Project, a global grassroots initiative honoured by the United Nations. She has worked with global brands and organisations including Microsoft, Amazon, and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, bringing her multicultural perspective and evidence-based strategies to help leaders, teams, and individuals strengthen emotional resilience, build psychological safety, and achieve balance that lasts.
Her work has culminated in the creation of 360-degree sustainable resilience programs, empowering women to fulfil their potential, supporting professionals to advance their careers, and guiding the next generation of leaders to thrive.
